Scrims Scoring System
Set exactly how many points each placement (1st through 20th) is worth, plus points per kill. This applies to every scrim/tournament going forward — matches already logged keep whatever scoring was active when you saved their results.
Configuration
Discord Webhooks
Auto-post announcements to Discord. Add as many webhooks as you like — one per channel, e.g. a #match-results channel, a separate #tdm channel, a #registrations channel, a #scrim-signups channel, and a private admin-activity channel. Each webhook only fires for the event type it's set to, so you can route match results, TDM results, team wins, player sign-ups, team registrations/approvals, scrim/tournament signup requests + acceptances, and announcements to whichever channels you want. Use "Who gets @mentioned" to control whether the whole roster (captain, manager & every member with Discord linked), just the captain, or nobody gets pinged for that channel — and optionally override the message text per webhook with tokens like {team}, {match}, {map}, {date}, {time}, {mode}, {mentions}.
Available tokens depend on the event: {mentions} {team} {match} {map} {date} {time} {mode} {player}
Site Appearance
Sets the default font and color theme every new visitor sees. Anyone can still pick their own color theme with the bubble in the corner — this just controls the default.
Theme Colors
Controls the accent color used for Team A / highlights, and the color used for Team B / alerts — across the dashboard, TDM banner, and the TikTok overlay.
Any public image URL works — an easy way to get one is uploading the image to a Discord channel, then right-click → Copy Link on it.
Overlay Design
Fully customize how both OBS overlays look — the TikTok stat card and the leaderboard broadcast graphic. Pick a preset or dial in your own colors, background, and corner style.

Stream Overlay (TikTok LIVE Studio / OBS)
Built for a vertical 9:16 canvas (recommended: 1080×1920). TikTok's mobile app can't layer browser overlays directly — you'll need TikTok LIVE Studio (free desktop app for gaming streams) or OBS routed to TikTok. In your scene: add this link as a Browser Source, sized to your full canvas, layered on top of your game capture. The live score sits at the top, a rotating Best/Recent/Weekly leaderboard sits at the bottom, and the middle stays clear for your gameplay or facecam.
Leaderboard Broadcast Overlay
A clean standings table sized for a widescreen 16:9 canvas — built for tournament broadcasts, TDM simulators, or PMGC-style standings graphics. Pick which board it should show, then add the link as a Browser Source in OBS. Scrims and TDM are always kept separate.
Live TDM Match Overlay
A clean standings card sized for a widescreen 16:9 canvas — mirrors the live match view from the TDM control section: squad names, roster, big centered score, and the Best-of-3 game badge. Automatically hides itself the moment nothing's live.
Sponsor Overlay
A standalone widescreen card that cycles through your sponsor/shoutout lines one at a time (every 6s) — separate from the small scrolling shoutouts baked into the main ticker overlay above. Edit the actual sponsor lines under Ticker & Sponsors.
Custom Ranking Boards
Simple rank + name graphics like "Top 10 NA" — no wins/kills needed. Type names in order, one per line, then pick "Custom Ranking" as the Source above.
Sponsor / Shoutout Slides
One line each — every line becomes its own slide in the ticker rotation (both the mini overlay and any stream you're running). Good for "Sponsored by X," shoutouts to streamers you're bringing on, or a Discord invite plug.
Admin Activity Log (master only)
Role grants/revokes, settings changes, resets, and deletions performed by any admin — mirrored to any "Admin Activity Log" webhook configured in Discord Webhooks above.
Danger Zone
These actions cannot be undone.
Team Deathmatch
Search players from the database, build two squads, first to the kill target wins
Match Queue
Anyone can request a slot below — no team required, no need to be first to join. Choose Best-of-3 or a quick single-round 1v1. Once an admin accepts two requests in the same queue, whoever's been waiting longest gets automatically matched up first — an admin can still add teammates, edit the board, and adjust the match afterward.
TDM Tournaments
Request a slot in an upcoming TDM tournament — an admin approves requests, then shuffles the field and generates the bracket. Early rounds are straight knockout (single round); Quarterfinal onward is Best of 3.
